TMM Archives - Carbon Pedal Extensions

The stock pedals are really spaced too far apart for effective heel and toeing. My bro David made these pedal extensions from carbon. These are larger in size compared to the stock pedals

Fittng was quite a pain as the stock pedals had to be drilled. Nothing a professional installer can't do in bout an hour or so. Picture below of the installed pedals in the SP. Fasteners are stainless steel.

Pedals can be fitted to the Satria R3 too. Here's a picture of the pedals in fellow bro Vernon's aka Crash's SR3

If I were to make a full pedal assembly I would prefer Titanium. Either way it's a mega expensive proposition with minimal gains. Lots more other stuff to do in carbon..

thought of makin a CF spoiler for Sgti? or cf panels to replace the silver ones on the dashboard? XD just askin.

Andrew, nice work on the carbon fibre parts. Do you fabricate parts for other makes? Again very impressive.

Uruhara-sv,

You can get CF Spoiler from R3 wat?

JT,

What makes are you referring to specifically?

Alfa and Fiat. There were a few forum members considering CF bonnets. And also various plastic bits (ala your Putra's door pillar) which are known to break easily on these contis. Can I post up your email or link to this blog on the italiaauto forum? thnks

the r3 cf spoiler is not for sale... only to R3 owners.. im a sGTi owner.. T_T so i cant purchase.. they dont sell em cf spoilers...

llsaw said...

Well, no problem making cf spoilers if there's a demand but I don't think R3 or SR3 owners will like it very much. They're already paranoid as it is ;-)

if r3 is aint coming up with the cf funnel only option, maybe ill resort to custom make. must u have a sample of the thing or can u make a mould frm scratch? cox i dont think im able to get my hands on a sample.

llsaw said...

Need to sample the thing. Also it's not going to be cheap unless in quantity so pls do get from R3 as much as possible
